Grub Pricing & Packaging FAQ
Here you'll find detailed information and the most frequently asked questions about Grub's pricing and package offerings.

This concerns business clients, starting with the identification of the UBO structure.
This refers to natural persons, for example, those with an income tax (IB) engagement.

In addition to the Grub policy included in the Essential package, we offer policies from industry associations such as Novak, SRA, and more within the Efficient package.
With the Enterprise package, you are enabled to develop your own customised policy.
Please note: the industry association policies within the Efficient package are only available to members of the respective associations. We collaborate with Novak, SRA, and Fiscount for this.
Depending on the complexity of your client base and the package you choose, an appropriate policy is provided.
With all types of policies offered in Grub per package, you are guaranteed to be compliant. The best-fitting package is selected based on your firm’s needs, the average complexity of your files, and whether you are a member of an industry association.
We support integrations between Grub and AFAS, Adminpulse, and Simplicate. One-time connection fees apply.
If you’re looking for integration with another provider, please get in touch. We’d be happy to explore the possibilities with you, such as a custom API for your organisation.
Please note: additional costs apply for this service, and it is only available with the Efficient and Enterprise packages.
Yes, each package has a minimum purchase requirement of 80 files.
This means that even if you are still uploading your files or using fewer than 80 files in Grub, you will always pay the minimum amount for 80 files per package.
Only when you exceed 80 files will the additional price per file per month be added on top.
